Position
환자는 Supine 또는 Erect Position을 취한다. 촬영 반대측을 35~45° 정도 Elevate한다. Humerus Head와 Detector면이 밀착되고 Scapula가 Detector면과 평행이 되도록 Body의 회전 각도를 조정한다. 팔은
Internal Rotation 상태에서
약간 Abduction 시킨다.
Check Point
Humerus head와 Glenoid fossa 사이의 관절강이 열려져 보이며, Glenoid
fossa의 반측면상을 볼 수 있다.
