Fracture, Sacrum Fracture 등을 관찰한다.

ASIS와 Pubic symphysis사이에 향해 수직 입사

Position
환자는 Supine Position을 취한다. Femoral Neck의 Anteversion을 방지하기 위해 양쪽 발을 벌린 다음 발끝을 15°정도 안쪽으로 회전시킨다.
Check Point
Proximal femur와 pelvis의 전체가 포함되어야 하며, greater trochanter는 명확히 나타나야
하고, lesser trochanter는 내측연에 나타내어져야
한다. Obturator foramen 과 iliac ala가 대칭이 되어야 한다.
