 Purpose
Femoral Condyles의 Posterior
Aspect, Intercondylar Notch, Tibia의 Intercondylar Eminence를 관찰한다.
Central Ray
10~15° Caudad Angle을 주어 입사
Collimation Size
14 " X 14 "
Position
환자는 Erect Position을 취한다. Table의 중앙에 발을 나란히 하고, 발끝을 서로 마주하게
선다음 무릎을 굽혀서 Femur와 Lower Leg이 35~45°의 Angle을 이루도록 한다. 이때 환자가 흔들리지 않도록 주의를 해야 한다.
Check Point
Tibial plateau의 anterior와 posterior margin이 정확히 겹쳐져야 하고, 양측
joint space가 잘 나타나야 한다.
