 Purpose
Osteochondral
Fracture, Tibial Spine Fracture, Medial and Lateral Femoral Condyles
Fracture, Medial and Lateral Tibial Plateaus Fracture, Medial and Lateral
Joint Compartment, Proximal Fibula Fracture, Osteochondritis Dissecans,
Spontaneous Osteonecrosis등을 관찰 한다.

Position
환자는 Supine 또는 Sitting
Position을 취한다. 무릎을 쭉 펴고 Leg는 Neutral Position이 되도록 한다.
Patella Apex에서 1cm 아래점이 Detector의 중앙에 오도록 한다.
Check Point
knee joint space가 열려져 나타나야 하며, patella가 femur의 음영위에 완전히 겹쳐져야 하고, normal일 경우 both joint space는 같은 넓이로 나타나야 한다.
