Position
환자는 Sitting 또는
Erect Position을 취한다.
환자는 AP상태에서 몸을 45° 회전시키고 Cassette의 중앙선에 C-Spine을 놓는다.
Check Point
Intervertebral
foramina와 Intervertebral disk space 가 열려보이게
1st C-spine 과 occipital이 겹치지 않고 pedicle이 나타나야 한다.
