두개 내 지방종 (Intracranial lipoma)
지방종(lipoma)은 드문종양으로서 임상증상은 나타 내지 않은 것도 있으며 부검시 우연히 발견되는 경우가 많다
정중선상에서 발생하는 것이 많으며 뇌량부(region of corpus callosum)에 가장 많다
뇌량외에 측내실맥락총(choroids plexus of lateral ventricle), 회백용기(tubercinereum), 사구 체부분(glomerular part)등에 호발된다
